Best way to learn how to draw and paint using a computer is just to keep doing things the way you are used to on paper.
Easier if you purchase a tablet and pen as that gives you something that feels familiar.
Once you get to grips with that and the layout of whatever art programme you use your work will come on in leaps and bounds.
